I get a lot of questions about what flat lashes are. These are both classic sets, and the BOTTOM is where I used flat lashes. Typically lashes are round at the base, similar to a natural lash. Flat lashes are flattened and concave so they have a bit of a curve to them (this also makes them appear thicker without adding any extra weight/damage, which can be seen in the pictures) Picture two circles, one on top of the other, think , this is a natural lash and regular lash extension. Now picture a natural lash again (circle), with the flat lash above it, and the curve hugging the lash extension. There is more surface area for the extension to properly come together with a natural lash. There has been reports of increased retention, and this is most likely why!
