On behalf of Ye's Sushi, I'd like to first publicly apologize for the incident that occurred yesterday at our Waterloo location. There is no excuse for what happened and words can not express how sorry we are for any grief or aggravation we may have caused the parties involved. We are very Sorry <3. Unfortunately, our staff that was present yesterday at Ye's sushi location wasn't fully versed on the rules and legalities surrounding service & companion animals and we foolishl...y denied them access. We want you all to know that we fully sympathize with people with disabilities and have since initiated, brand-wide training, to ensure an incident like this never happens again. Our future actions as a restaurant will be better and we hope our sense of compassion supersedes our previous selves. We'd like to thank our community for your continued support during these tough times, We hope that you all except our apology and will allow us to do better in the future. To the parties involved I will privately reach out to remedy the situation today. Once again, we are very sorry and thank you for hearing us out Ye's Sushi.
