New to yoga? Join us in 30 minutes for a beginner's yoga session! In this 30 minute class, Gemma has you flow through sun salutations and then offers some balance, core, and flexibility work to complete the session. A mat or comfortable, non-slip surface is recommended to participate in this class.
Time to stretch! Mabel has the perfect 12 minute stretching session for you starting in 30 minutes! Mabel focuses on releasing your legs, hips, and chest. A strap and mat are recommended to get the most out of this video.
Calling all beginners! We have a great 20 minute strength workout for you! Starts in 30 minutes! In this 20 minute workout, Mike has you perform circuits that will develop your entire body and help you move well and feel great! The circuit style of the class will help you improve your endurance without having to do high impact cardio. This workout is beginner friendly, has minimal impact and many options are offered. No equipment needed!
Low impact cardio with Amy starts in 30 minutes! No equipment needed! This class features 12 exercises to get your heart pumping! Movements are low impact and easy to follow. This workout is suitable for both able-bodied beginners and those with exercise experience.
Join Shelley in 30 minutes for a strength workout! This class features classic dumbbell strength training to help you get stronger! Multi joint movements are prioritized with an emphasis on control and muscle activation. This workout is ideal for beginner to intermediate exercisers as the pacing is gentle and there is no impact.
Join Amy in 30 minutes for a full vinyasa yoga class This class is designed as an introduction to vinyasa yoga built on modifications to Sun Salutation A and foundational standing poses. This series is ideal for anyone looking to build the foundations for vinyasa who would benefit from accessible options for chaturanga and upward facing dog to downward facing dog.
Gentle fit with Melissa starts in 30 minutes! In this workout, Melissa takes you through a variety of walking and standing elements. This video is designed to improve your steadiness while walking, leg development, and overall balance. It's recommended that you have a wall nearby to enhance some of the elements Melissa teaches.

An intermediate strength workout with Melissa begins in 30 minutes! In this 25 minute workout, Melissa uses light dumbbells and body weight movements to test your endurance and develop your balance. Movements are completed for longer periods of time to help improve your stamina. A mat and dumbbells are recommended to complete this workout.

Body weight core with Gemma starts in 30 minutes! Join us for a fun & challenging workout! In this 20 minute core class, Gemma uses a mix of dynamic and functional exercises to help you improve your core activation and endurance. Options are shown to make this class perfect for both intermediate and advanced exercisers. No equipment needed.

You will focus on movements that elevate your heart rate while developing your range of motion and ability to move explosively. The pyramid will start with 20s intervals, before jumping to 30s and then 40s before working back down. You will do two pyramids with three exercises in each focusing on the lower body, with just a little bit of cardio! Be sure to bring your water, energy, and most importantly, have fun!
Athletic EMOM (Every Minute on the Minute) Cardio with Shelley starts in 30 minutes! BODY WEIGHT ONLY! Shelley uses athletic body weight movements and intervals to give you a great cardio session. The workout is built on doing a new movement every minute and the intervals times vary to keep the workout engaging and challenging. This workout is ideal for intermediate to advanced participants. No equipment needed.

Gentle fit with Melissa starts in 30 minutes! Grab a chair and a ball (if you have one) and join us in the class! This workout is designed using a chair and a light ball to help you get a great functional workout and improve your manual dexterity. Melissa prioritizes movements that will help participants remain independent
Upper body mobility with Gemma starts in 30 minutes! In this quick mobility session, Gemma focuses on releasing tension and improving the range of motion in areas that affect your shoulders. This is an excellent session to perform multiple times per week to improve your shoulder mobility. A yoga block and firm massage ball (or hard balls like a softball or lacrosse ball) are required to complete this session.
