Dear Parents and Students As mentioned in class, I need to know who would be interested in training on select a Sunday (Possibly April) at the Oakville YMCA Taekwondo. Master Dossantos' have kindly invited us to train so that you may get some sparring experience outside of our dojang before attending a tournament.... Please let me know as soon as possible.

Hello All Sorry we have not been updating this site as we have our own internal social media. Just a quick note that our students will be competing at the UTA tournament this Saturday at the Conestoga College, 299 Doon Valley Rd in Kitchener. ... There will be no classes this Saturday. We encourage everyone to come out and cheer on our team.

St. Ignatius is closed Saturday, April 25th for PD day so no training. Instead we will be participating at the Oakville taekwondo Kick-a-thon.

Dear students and parents Thanks to all who were able to come out for our annual Christmas potluck. As usual great food and good people is truly what makes a great gathering. Training isn't over yet so don't forget we have class this coming Thursday, next Thursday and next Saturday. The final class is on December 20 Saturday. Midterm testing is coming up and of January so don't take an early holiday break!

Dear students and parents Please add Friday, May 16 as a training day to make up for the cancellation of May 17. I am trying to rebook days when the school allows us to make up for some cancellations due to school functions. ... Thank you.

Dear Students and Parents Belt testing will be postponed from Feb 1 to Feb 8. That will give you one more to practice!

Start of a new season! Welcome back students and parents! I'm very excited to begin this new season as we continue to grow not only in body and spirit but as a family. Merry Christmas and happy New Year to you and your families. As I start looking back at 2013, I'm happy and appreciative that our club continues to grow not just in numbers but also in character and quality of students. This of course would not be possible without the support of parents and family members. Thank you all for a wonderful year. I'm excited about what 2014 will bring and I hope you are too! Hello Students and Parents We are nearing the Christmas holidays and I want to make sure we have a celebration together. So on Saturday, December 14 we will have a shortened class then pot luck lunch afterwards.

Thursday class is cancelled because of Halloween but I have re-scheduled class for Friday, November 1st. Same time for classes! Reminder also that instead of regular classes on Saturday, November 16 we will be attending the Young Choung tournament. More details to follow.....

Happy Thanksgiving to you all! It's been a great start to the year and you all have worked hard so keep up the training! I expect that you will all be stuffed with turkey after this weekend so be prepared to work it off come Tuesday! I know because I'm stuffing myself right now! Lol!

Welcome back to another fun season! I hope all of you enjoyed your summer and somehow found the time to practice a little bit! (I'm an eternal optimist!) First day of training is Saturday, September 14. I had tried to book a week prior but the school needed time to settle in. ... This year will be an exciting season as our new orange belts set their goals towards their first competition in November! We don't have a lot of time so I expect a lot of commitment from you. Thank you Mr. Marsili for pointing out that the demonstration falls on a Thursday not a Tuesday which I had originally posted!! Obviously I need an assistant!!! Lol. Perfect though because we will have more practice time.

Demonstration: Tuesday,June 6/13 St Ignatius will be holding their fun night and principal Asselin has asked again that we do a tkd demonstration. Please advise whether you wish to be part of the team! It's great fun and you get to show off your skills.

Color Belt Test: Tuesday, June 11/13 Our year end test is set for this date. Make sure you are prepared. The only way to do that is to attend classes, ask questions, look at your booklets and PRACTICE PRACTICE PRACTICE AT HOME!

Training is cancelled this Thursday, February 21 because of parent teacher night. We will resume training on Saturday. See you then.

Welcome back students and new members! We had a nice start in the new year with lots of sweat and stretching (as you can see as our PeeWee helps a senior student with stretching! ). There will be much to focus on this year and I look forward to everyone reaching their goals!

Christmas holiday is upon us. We had a great Christmas luncheon and missed those who weren't ale to attend. We wish you all a safe and merry Chrstmas and Happy New Year. Our last classes till the Christmas holiday will be Saturday, December 15, 2012. We will have a Christmas luncheon after class to celebrate the season together. Classes will resume January 8, 2013.
