It's that time of year! Remember to get your flu shot. It's safe in pregnancy and is recommended for everyone over 6 months of age. If you're in the third trimester, talk to us about getting your whooping cough booster as well. This is recommended to help provide your baby with protection from this nasty illness once he or she is born.
