I honestly see the potential in anyone to make change and be better. The kid on the left use to be the kid that couldn’t do more than 2 pushups, exhausted aft...er running across the court, can’t move fast/quick (also forgets to tuck his jersey in). A kid who was made fun of. I was never talented or gifted and I always felt like I was never good enough. I think there are 2 choices you can make, one is to make a change in yourself and one is to do nothing about it. It’s the greatest compliment to me when someone says, ‘wow you move quick, or you’re fit.’ Because that shows that If you are willing to work hard, change and believe in yourself, good things will happen. And If I can make such a big change in my body/athleticism, then anyone can, I strongly believe that. It’s why I’m so passionate about helping others get better because I think everyone has that fire within! And it’s my duty to inspire and help others find that as well, that’s what keeps me going! I was never the talented/gifted and for those reasons I had to work harder. My mission is to always help that younger Hank out there find his/her own path and start to believe. Everyone has the potential but it’s up to you to make that change! If you trained with me you know in my training philosophy I preach so much about the mental aspect because when it’s all set and done the mentality is the most important and you have can apply it to everything else in your life! That’s what is most important! Work hard and never stop believing in yourself, you will do things you never thought you could Like @kobebryant would say, the most important thing is to try and inspire other people so they can be great in whatever they want to do.
