A piece of 4 inch diameter hard chrome rod In the lathe fabricating a new hydraulic cylinder rod. 5ft long machining 2-1/2inch threads on the piston end.

If your hydraulic oil looks like this it's time for an oil change. And a system flush would be a good idea too.

Hydraulic cylinder repair. Corrosive application. Gland and rod destroyed. Fab new rod and gland. New seals. Bench tested and ready to go.

Rush pump drive shaft repair. Hub and shaft threads were destroyed. Shaft machined for stud and stud installed. Hub bored out, 1-1/4" round stock welded to plug hole then bored and machined new threads. Oh, and this is all left hand threads to keep it interesting.

This cylinder is off a 195? John Deere loader that has been sitting in a field for 30 years. Customer is bringing it back to life. All parts obsolete. We will machine new parts to replace these rusty damaged parts.

Honing a large bore hydraulic cylinder. Every cylinder that goes through our shop is disassembled and inspected. Tube damage is one of the things we are looking for. Minor damage can be honed as this one. Deep scores or dents require a new tube. Either way we have you cover. We have all the tools for a proper repair as well as new honed bore tube in stock for replacement.

Over 1000lbs of steel about to go on the lathe to be machined into large pistons for hydraulic cylinders. This could take awhile.
