Good Morning our friends in Bath say it's not raining there at this time so for our families that have pre-registered for our Bath Playgroup today, our staff are going to set up for play for 9:30. Great news, we now have an indoor space for Yarker Playgroup. If you would like to attend please call Sam at 613 354-6318 ext 134. Our Ministry guidelines now include that our families may only attend 1 indoor playgroup a week so please be mindful of that when registering for playgroup. This is by far one of the toughest years (2020) to be a grandparent. Not being able to play on the floor with your grandchildren, having sleepovers so mom & dad can have some alone time, holding your first born grandchild, having your grandchild run into your arms or giving you a big wet sloppy kiss on the cheek has made for an emotional year for all families. We wish all the grandparents that are near and far a very Happy Grandparents Day. If you have the honor of having a grandparent give them a call today to remind them how much they are loved!

Good Afternoon..... to our Pre-registered families that will be attending our Outdoor Playgroups next week, we have been informed that we must use the screening tool which they use at all childcare centres. Beginning Monday we will be asking the questions that you see below. If you answer YES to any of these question we ask that you please stay home. Good Morning, our staff are excited to be going to Wilton this morning for our first playgroup in 6 MONTHS. We will be outdoors however you must pre-register to attend. If you would like to do so please message us here so that we can get you signed up. The fun begins at 9 and goes til 12. Our other playgroups for this week will be in Bath at the Bath United Church on Thursday and Napanee at the Strathcona Paper Centre. Both programs will be outside and run from 9 - 12. We are wishing our Playgroup graduates an exciting first day of Kindergarten today or tomorrow whichever is your day to start. We have had the pleasure of watching you grow and learn for the past 4 years. Have fun making new friends, and playing with them. To ALL the parents and grandparents that are sending your little and big children off to school today and tomorrow, we are thinking of you. This year will be a year like no other, your children are smart, you have prepa...red them well. The teachers will take extra good care of them as they guide them through the mask wearing, the washing of hands and teaching them. Our EarlyON staff are excited to share some news of our new Outdoor Playgroups which will begin next week. We will have our Wilton Playgroup in the beautiful back yard at the Community Hall on Tues. Sept. 8th. ... Napanee Playgroup on the Soccer field at the Strathcona Paper Centre on McPherson Drive on Fri. Sept. 11th. Amherstview Playgroup at Parrotts Bay Conservation Park off Bath Road on Mon. Sept. 14th All programs run 9 - 12. Families must pre-register at least the last week day before the program begins or earlier if possible (this Friday for Wiltons program next week) at 613 354-6318 ext 134 or at [email protected]. A limit of 15 children allowed with a total of 30 people so register early to avoid disappointment. Staff will be doing a COVID screen test upon arrival for all participants and you MUST be able to answer NO to every question to be able to join in on the fun. Its everyones duty to do a health check at home. If anyone is feeling ill please stay home. We thank you for continuing to keep our children and families safe and healthy as we begin to reopen!
