Laryn just recently joined me for some PT sessions and wow!!! What an absolute delight to teach...nothing but every ounce of energy put into her workouts! Cant wait to see her progression through this journey although she is already exeptionally fit and strong!... Have a read below on what Laryn wrote... Hi my names Laryn Oakes, and I’ve been dancing women’s fancy shawl ever since I could walk and it’s something I love to do and something I do competitively. The womens fancy dance is one of the more high caliber women’s categories that requires you to be more physically fit. I wanted to get into boxing and training with Vikki because I’ve seen how boxers train and it’s similar to how fancy shawl dancers train, with the endurance and the footwork the main focus. I also wanted to learn how to box as being an indigenous women you hear about all of these statistics of missing and murdered indigenous women in Canada, so I knew I wanted to learn how to fight so I could defend myself and also learn how to box as it was something I’ve always wanted to get into but was just always too intimidated. I love working with Vikki because she’s so motivating and makes me want to work hard everytime I get to train with her and she’s a beast If you are interested give me a message i am doing an awesome deal and love to help people achieve thier goals!!

Fitness is a process, and that process looks different for each individual , but there are some truths for everyone. It does not matter what your specific goal is: weight loss, fat loss, muscle gain, improved conditioning and cardiovascular strength, etc. All of them are a process and take time to achieve. I am qualified boxing coach (qualified in Scotland and Canada) I have taken several courses throughout the years and have competed and won the Scottish novice championships in October 2018! ... Absolutely...its amazing having motivational people around you, I feel lucky to have met a couple of amazing people in the last month or so, ive already learned new things, I feel grateful to have them in my life, to help give you that push to better yourself...however no one can do it for you, you are the ONLY person that can change it.

Important information Please make sure you have the team app set up, if not please message me and i will guide you through the process. Starting today classes will be limited to 8 people per class..including coach, (so 7 members) ... We will use team app as our main platform to book your spot, this is why its important to have team app installed. We would ask at that you can book in or let us know as soon as you can (via team app) And at least 1/2 hours before class time. If you knew which classes you can attend weekly this would help us and make it a bit easier, I understand things come up and would like to know if you had to cancel so we could open up the spot for other members also. This a difficult time for everyone, but hopefully it doesn't last long, feel free to have your say or any ideas you wish to share. Any questions or information that you are not sure of, dont hesitate to message me. We will try our best to cater for you all, even if this means putting on more classes. Unfortunately classes are cancelled tonight due to weather, here's a few ideas you can do in your home. You can add more sets or work time or google some boxing workouts.
