You don’t have to be an expert. You just need a few good routines ( YouTube is helpful, or check out Kristin Reardon on Facebook for online fitness classes with zoom app) Online yoga one or more days per week to help detox your mind and stretch out your body. Start with even one day each week doing a 20-30 min work out , using these bands . Your mind and body will thank you. *My suggestion for a big juicy booty, use the heavier resistance bands for a peachy workout at least 3 times per week* Xx Melissa

I really wanted to do a video and show you how easy this is to make and use. Unfortunately, privacy and quiet is a luxury I didn’t have today. If you are one of my clients , you will be familiar with this . If not, please trust me on this, it’s a gentle easy way for removing body hair with the added benefit of all natural products . The sugar wax is made from organic honey, granulated sugar and fresh lemons . It’s smells like candy, feels like silk and leaves your skin h...air free with less pain than traditional waxing . By now, some of you may be ( including myself) twinning with Harry the Sasquatch from Harry and the Hendersons . Let’s get working on making you smooth again ! The method of applying is really easy. Once your mix has cooled to a touchable temperature, just glide it on your body with a popsicle stick ( or anything comparable )and let sit for a few seconds until it’s tacky . Pull off in the opposite direction of your hair . You don’t need fabric strips for this. The sugar does all the work for you! This is great for your legs , bikini , arms, armpits , eyebrows and facial hair. Please do NOT try to give yourself a Brazil. I beg you .... let that one go and see me when work resumes ! You don’t want an angry kitty kat My tip ~ do this after a hot bath . Make sure you have a candle lit . Pour a glass of Bartenura Moscato and listen to The song Coffee by Sylvan Esso. Let cool until it’s thick and touchable . 2 cups granulated sugar 1/4 cup organic honey Half of a fresh squeezed lemon

To all my ladies and Gents . I will be closed until at least April 6th I have to put my family first. I want you all to do the same . As well, my children are off school until April 6th . So it’s a bit of a curve in work life . ... I do not want to be responsible for spreading any colds, or extra germs during our isolation period . As big of an inconvenience this is going to be , we all need to think of the people who can not afford to get sick. Our panic doesn’t help either . Take a breath, slow down and trust that our world is not ending . It might be a great time to catch up on life with friends or family you haven’t spoke to in a while . Take time to sort odd socks or just enjoy sleeping in !! Hope you all take care !

Hi beauties . I have been overwhelmed with emails and messages in my DM regarding private home visits . I mentioned before that my first priority is keeping my kids virus free especially because my daughter has asthma. So there won’t be anything like that for a while . ...
