We are blessed to say they have gone coast to coast in Canada and are in Hawaii, Florida, New York, South Dakota and Oregon!! Wow, we never expected them to travel so far but that is awesome!! Alpha Micro Tech has created a couple of data logging devices to assist dental offices with sterilization record keeping. We have devices that work with both the Midmark M9 and M11 as well as the Statim 2000/5000. We have a display screen which will show you the cycle parameters as the cycle is running as well it replays over and over again the necessary information you need to record on your day sheet. The cost of the unit is less then a paper printer and you will never need... to buy ink / paper for it which will save you money in the end. Our basic data logger is the SteriLogger DL 05 and the cycle files are recorded to an SD card which is included. The SD card can then be taken to your office computer where your cycles can be viewed/stored/printed as needed. We have over 4000 of these units in Canada and are used quite a bit in the public health units as well. We are also very pleased with our newest device - The SteriScan system. Our all in one stop recording device for your SteriCentre. No monthly fees, no cloud based programs, no pen and paper and cross contamination issues. All the other companies out there that have a device for data logging requires you to pay a monthly fee or still have a data logger.....we have one machine that will do it all for you and make your office compliant with all the rules and regulations out there!! The Steri-Scan system uses a barcode that is affixed to the instrument pouch and scanned into the SteriScan system prior to sterilization. The system also records the persons ID via a PIN code, it also records the cycle load number, date , time and all cycle parameters. The barcode can then be entered into the patients chart when the instruments are used in the operatory for complete traceability. Our system allows multiply users to use the system at once and saves staff time and frustration with our easy to use, one stop device. You wont be disappointed!
