And as such, I have thought a lot about what and where I can improve my health and safety protocols to safeguard the homes of my clients. I will be implementing new protocols set out by the Canadian Health Authority for safety, sanitation and public health. During these times it is i...mperative to uphold the highest of health standards above and beyond our standardized norms, for the safety and well being of my clients. I will be limiting my daily treatment availability, using single use soft surfaces only(no heating pad or table warmer or face cradle cushion), single use shoe covers, face mask, single use disinfectant wipes, and changing scrubs between households. I am so looking forward to the journey back to a normal way of life and seeing my clients again. I cant tell you how hard it is to see, hear, and feel the need for treatments and not be able to come to work. RMTs may not have been on the list of essential workers but we all know just how essential we truly are;) Wishing everyone health and happiness.
