Women are stronger when we support other women. Here’s to strong women. May we be them. May we know them. May we raise them.

Happy Valentines Day, from us to you. Regardless of your relationship status, take care of you today There are a few things therapists really wish they could tell their clients. For starters, they're human beings who see it as a great privilege that others are willing to open up to them.

It’s Bell Let’s Talk Day. While it’s important to bring awareness and shatter the stigma around mental health, it’s important to talk about it EVERY DAY, not just today. Keep the conversation going

Hello to our lovely clients and community members. Due to the new provincial mandate, requiring masks in all public spaces in Saskatoon, Prince Albert, and Regina, masks or face coverings are required for all in-person sessions, for the duration of the session. Both you and your counsellor will be required to mask up, starting Friday, November 6, 2020. We understand this is less than ideal, however we are proud to continue to support our community and do what we can to slow ...the spread and protect our most vulnerable populations. While we remain open for in-person sessions and continue to practice appropriate precautions, we strongly encourage you to access our remote services where you can participate in counselling via telephone or secure video. If you currently have an in-person session scheduled and would like to switch it to remote, please do so through your online booking profile or by contacting our main office at [email protected] or (306) 382-2391.
