Happy new year, y’all! Thought I would share what I’ve been up to the past week and a half! Tried my hand at hot cocoa bombs, made more red velvet cupcakes and mini chocolate chip cookies than anyone needs in their life time AND pro tip: when you burn most of your large sugar cookies, you just make a bunch of really small bite sized ones! Early in December I got a really cool request from someone in Rhode Island! She wanted 36 of my Letter Kenny cupcake toppers by Januar...y 2nd! We were both on the edge of our seats hoping they would get to her in time and they did! She just sent me photos today! -> How cool is that!? Someone in a different country wanted something *I* made!!!! Lastly for 2020, someone came to me with a really cool concept of doing a hot oasis as his wife is from Trinidad, surrounded by ice and snow! For some reason I have such a difficult time decorating the red velvet cakes. They’re so soft I thought it was going to topple over. Also my first time making candy so it looks more like waves than ice and snow Oh well! Here’s to 2021 and learning new things!
