BC Bereavement Helpline 24.12.2020

Delta Hospice Society's 26-minute video, Anticipating Holidays and Special Occasions while Grieving provides information on normal worries, fears and behaviours many individuals experience as well as myths associated with grief during events such as birthdays, anniversaries and holidays, and provides practical suggestions on how to address these occasions to create a more manageable experience.
