Tana Evans October 23, 2017 at 1:53 pm We have had Bradley Appliance to our home on 3 different occasions for appliance servicing and I must say we have had only the BEST experience on all accounts. Brian was punctual, friendly and clearly explained what the issues were with our appliances. When he showed up he had floor mats to protect the hardwood and took extra care when fixing appliances. He even went above and beyond and helped us solve a reoccurring issue with our dishwasher. He was thorough with pricing and labour costs and did not overcharge for any parts that were not quoted in original quote. I would highly recommend using Bradley Appliances and they will definitely be our go to for our appliance needs.

Each time that I have emailed a service request I received a timely response with a quick service date. I have been nothing less than thrilled with the technician’s professionalism and knowledge. I would highly recommend Bradley’s !

Gary February 17, 2016 at 7:28 am I had my Viking fridge fixed yesterday afternoon. The service guy was on time, friendly, and most importantly, he had the required parts in hand and he knew what he was doing. About 30 to 40 minutes later, everything was back together and working great. Best service ever!

Michael July 9, 2015 at 7:50 pm Quick. On time. Clean.... We had problems with our nine year old Viking gas range and were referred to Brad as a possible solution. Glad I made the call as now we have a fully functioning oven once again. Repairman arrived on time and came with all the spare parts to fix the oven on the first trip. During the work a drop cloth was laid down and the repair finished promptly. Do not be in doubt of these reviews at all Bradley’s is indeed as good as reported.

Lisa Raber February 20, 2015 at 12:55 pm Edit We called Bradley’s Appliance Services for the first time two days ago, and got an appointment for the very next day. Brian came out to our house, and was fantastic. He was prompt, knowledgable and just a really genuine guy. He had our Viking fridge fixed pretty quickly, and took the time to go over all of the repairs with us.... Before this we had always used Trail Appliances, and never received service as great as this. I will never call any other appliance services before calling Bradley’s again!

K.Y. December 7, 2014 at 11:12 pm We have had Brad once and more recently Brian twice to our house for service calls. I cannot say enough positive things about the quality of their service! They were punctual, polite, patient enough to let me watch while they were repairing, willing to answer my many, many questions and obviously extremely knowledgable about our Viking range. They were passionate about what they were doing and believed strongly in the product. I would recommend them to anyone needing service on a Viking product!
