As of June 11th we will be in phase 1 of the reopening schedule. This means 1 family member will be allowed to come in with their pet. You will be required to wear a mask and stay in the exam room as our reception area is closed. We ask that you please call when you arrive and please be patient if we do not answer right away as we are experiencing higher call volumes. We have ZERO tolerance for disrespectful clients and we will ask you to leave. We thank everyone for their cooperation.

With the ongoing concerns with COVID-19 we have decided to change our protocols. Our doors are now locked and we are only allowing one client in at a time. If you have an appointment please call (905) 858 5959 and inform us you are here so we can unlock the door . If you need to order/pick up medications or food we ask that you please give us a call ahead of time so we can have it ready. We are accepting card and over the phone payments but no cash. With the high demand of food we cannot guarantee when it will come in ,we are also limiting the amount of food per client as our supplier has limited the amount of food we can receive. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
