Daniella reached out to us a few weeks ago to book her engagement session. We decided to schedule her shoot on what would’ve been her wedding day. You see, we thought what a perfect day to get dressed up, have cake and champagne, a whole lot of laughs and get some pretty cute shots to look back at. If you are a bride and groom that had to postpone their wedding, always remember your original date will always hold significance for you, so be sure to celebrate and make some memories

A flower cannot blossom without sunshine, and man cannot live without love

This photo really caught my eye, and is speaking a million words to me. As a wedding photographer, we try and avoid shooting items that are distracting to the main focus, including guests wearing masks. But sometimes it's unavoidable. Take this photo for example, the beautiful bride coming out of her house. Her sweet grandmother, in a wheelchair, wearing a mask, throwing confetti and enjoying a precious moment as her granddaughter is heading off to get married. Then it hi...t me like a tonne of bricks. At this very moment in time, we are in the middle of a historic event, probably one of the biggest historic events this world has ever seen. These photos one day will end up in history books and will be spoken of until the end of times. This bride one day will have grandchildren too, and she will have stories to tell her grandchildren and hopefully great-grandchildren as to how she got married during a pandemic, and she will have photos to share and as she is sharing them each photo will have a story. Pictures tell stories of moments that were important and sometimes we forget that. So keep snapping cause photos are the only language that can be understood anywhere in the world. See more

Leeann and Luca were one of the couples that contacted us during the early stages of the lock down. It was one of our very first virtual consultations. We really hit it off and we had an instant connection. They had a certain enthusiasm about them and were very excited to get started on planning their wedding, even through the start of the pandemic. Planning and booking vendors virtually during a pandemic must be so stressful. Most of our couples are referrals from other c...ouples so already there’s some kind of trust there. Where Leeann and Luca were not referred by anyone specific, they pretty much came across our Instagram page on their own with no real referrals. They trusted us enough to book us for their upcoming wedding in 2021 without even meeting us in person. Wow we are so honored, genuinely honored, it means so much! We had the pleasure recently to meet them in person and shoot their engagement session. Honestly it was amazing! We clicked immediately and it was so easy to photograph these two, it was like we have known each other for years. You guys are honestly adorable, and we love the energy you bring to each other! We want to thank you Leeann and Luca and ALL the couples that have trusted us to capture their special moments. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts, it truly means a lot to us and now you’re part of our family We love you!
