A BC man has sued Canada Dry Ginger Ale and won after taking them to court for claiming to have health benefits in the soda drinks. Due to false marketing claims, the BC Supreme court settled the case with Canada Dry paying more than $200,000. Under the settlement agreement, the company is not required to change its advertising.
