Celebrating 6 Years! What a journey it has been so far with my sister. We have some interesting memories and stories to tell about owning a business. But nothing compares to owning one in 2020. We remember the feeling on March 17th when we had to lock the doors. We also remember the feeling three days later, looking at a line up of cars during Curbside pick up. Everyone was cheering and honking their horns as we delivered cheese to your cars. We could have cried, we knew we w...ere going to keep going. We are thankful to you more than words can express. Cheese & Chocolate is our happy place, we are thrilled you feel the same way. Owning a small business can be tough but all of you make it better. Thank you for supporting us. CREMOSO AL TARTUFO is back! It has taken years of hard work for Vincent Christophe Master Cheesemaker to develop this cheese. He uses Gorgonzola that has been aged for 90 days as the base for this creation. Extremely creamy, intensely smooth to the point of being almost liquid. Then he ages it for 15 days to infuse in his top secret truffle mix recipe.... Following this infusion and aging, the cheese is covered with fine flakes and dried truffle. Vincent wanted to ensure that with each ladle filled with his cheese, carries the right amount truffle. This cheese is truly divine, even if you are not a blue cheese lover you will fall in love. The Double Truffe d’Argentalis an exclusive creation from a master cheesemaker. This original recipe perfectly combines a very fresh cheese, with the subtle strength of a carefully selected black truffle. Two thin slices of truffle are added to the mild and fresh unripened cheese which is used for this creation. The amount of truffle necessary for enhancing the taste of cheese with its intense fragrance, is perfectly measured. The cheese is then refined in ripening cellars for 2 weeks the time it takes for the bloom to grow which in turn will enhance the flavour.
