Our lead product DIBI is an ultra-potent, non-toxic, iron-binding polymer 4,000x more potent than Deferiprone. DIBI has potential COVID-19 therapeutic applications: direct COVID-19 antiviral effects through iron sequestration and/or receptor modulation and potential reduction in COVID-19 mortality due to benefits of DIBI on cytokine storm & secondary pneumonia.
