His Holiness IRINEJ, Archbishop of Pe, Metropolitan of Belgrade and Karlovci, and Patriarch of Serbia, reposed in the Lord on November 20, 2020. May his memory be eternal.

We have just a few items left over from our recent church bazaar and will be putting them out for sale after services this weekend. Items include several men's jackets (one is leather), a new vacuum cleaner, an oil painting, and some other odds and ends. Find them in the far corner of the church hall. Payment is by cash or e-transfer -- see Polina, Marie C, or Matushka Yvonne. No reasonable offer will be refused! Proceeds go to our Building Fund.

May God grant many blessed years to parishioners Constantine Kotantoulas and Danica Noël, who were crowned in Holy Matrimony today at St. Elias Cathedral. The service was concelebrated by the clergy of our church and by Hieromonk Nicholas of Nativity of St. John the Baptist Hermitage in Combermere, ON, with responses by singers from our church. A reception was held at Providence Point in Lanark, ON.

Very exceptionally, there will be no Confessions or Vespers on Saturday (September 26). On Sunday (September 27), which is the feast of the Exaltation of the Holy Cross, we will celebrate the Divine Liturgy at 10:00 a.m. Don't forget to wear your mask, and join us after the service for an outdoor coffee hour! Contributions of individually wrapped Lenten snacks would be appreciated.
