Please note that our mainland depots will be open 11AM - 4PM on Thanksgiving day (Oct 12th). Our Nanaimo Depots are CLOSED on Thanksgiving Day.... BC's deposit and refund values have changed! Encorp has changed the deposit amount charged on the refundable beverage containers within their program, and that means your REFUND value changes as well! Did you know that deposit values are changing in BC? Effective Oct 1st, the deposit charged on large containers in the recycling program will be lowered to 10 cents. This means your deposit refund value will be lowered to 10 cents as well, after a grace period....
