As we settle into our homes for the next little while, remember that you are not alone and this is a temporary situation. We will soon be reunited and by next year, back to celebrating regular traditions with the ones we love most. #HolidayMentalHealth http://www.youthsmart.ca/keeping-the-holiday-spirit-alive-/

It's #NationalPhilanthropyDay! Organized in the 1980s, this day is significant in recognizing the important role philanthropy has on societal change. Today especially, we celebrate the change we’ve made, the change we’re making, and the change that is yet to come #PhilanthropyDay

Children and youth are incredibly influential amongst their peers, within their schools, families, & communities. CMHA Calgary’s YouthSMART recognizes that supportive adults must honour youth rights to express themselves, and provide them with opportunities to speak out, ask for help, share ideas, & develop their voices as community leaders. #NationalChildDay
