Helpful reminder to take extra care of ourselves this holiday season Posted @withregram @wonder_doodles The holidays can be tough for a lot of people (even without the excessive help from 2020). We might feel like we have to have a smile plastered on. To act like things have been great. To deny that there are any feelings other than joy and peace. But just because it’s the holiday doesn’t mean you always have to be up and ready to be super positive. It doesn’t mean you ...can’t acknowledge how hard of a year it has been and that many things continue to be a mystery and scary. If you need a break, take it. If the holidays are hard because you can’t be with family this year, know that you’re not alone in that. If you need rest more than putting up that 50th ornament or stuffing that stocking just a little fuller, do it. Hang in there, friends. See more
