Planning a celebration on a budget ? DIY balloon columns are a great focal point to add style and highlight your party theme. They can be used on either side of your party tables, placed at the entrance or simply add to a wall to style up your photo booth. You don’t have to spend a fortune to party in style ! Here is a quick tutorial for a 5 foot balloon column I made in minutes. Wood for your base (you can reuse wood you have laying around, I found these pieces of knotting... pine at my local hardware store, pre cut in 24 inch lengths, I cut them in half to make 12 inch bases) they were only $1.99 !!! Awesome deal! PVC piping (I bought a 10 foot piece and cut it in half, these are usually fairly cheap as well at hardware stores, I snagged these for 5 bucks ! Lastly, you will need either a copper or PVC T two hole strap. I went with the copper just to make it more sturdy, but if you’re only planning to use a few times then you can go with the cheaper option and use the PVC T, it will still hold up just fine. You’ll also need 2 clamps per pipe, I found these with the copper T , it was under 2 dollars for 4. Nails or screws (just make sure if your using knotting pine that you use the proper screws so it doesn’t crack the wood, nails will work good too) To construct, mark the center point on your base. Nail or screw in the clamps, add the 5 foot PVC pipe. These are perfect for transporting as they will fold down! Also note, the taller the stand the more the pipe will sag, but once you put your balloons on it will straighten out. See more

For those of u who don’t know...this is how u properly cut a round cake to get your servings. U do not cut a cake like a pie when your serving to guest at a par...ty or wedding or u will not get the full amount of servings. I do offer and send cutting charts to ppl who inquire about it but I think I’m going to start attaching to all orders. (Not my picture) I saw in a group and figured I’d share to my page for my clients to see. I didn’t expect for it to get this much attention lol but I’m glad it did cause a lot of ppl didn’t no how to cut a cake.
