Be gentle with yourself! You are doing the best you can. Remember that tomorrow is a new day and slowly as things get back to normal it will take time to adjust! The world is going to look different to many of us - and this is OK!

In order to keep up with best practice for social isolation for COVID-19 we have made the decision to cancel the 2020 AGM! While we look forward to seeing everyone every year, we feel like everyone’s health and safety is more important. We’ll see you all next year!!
