How often do you treat yourself with a break? Some rest? Quiet time? Peace and rest is a necessity. It is a Biblical principle that all creatures must rest. Eve...n God rested on the 7th day, simply to contemplate and enjoy all that he had accomplished! Without proper rest the human body will break down. And without some time to contemplate how do we see what we have accomplished? Remember to recuperate: Find a minute or more every day to thank the Lord for giving you special skills, plan a break in your day just to rest and see things from a quieter perspective...
