The most underrated treat that frequents our display case, let me reintroduce you to our baker squad favourite (and I quote conveyer belt them into my mouth), the HELLO DOLLY This is a retro inspired treat common in many bakeries. Here’s what makes our Hello Dolly the best one you’ll EVER have: 1) our gluten free graham crackers are made in house with an underlying umami element thanks to dried porcini mushrooms and the right amount of sea salt.... 2) instead of dairy condensed milk, we load up on the coconut factor using our favourite @naturescharm coconut condensed milk 3) we keep this bar SOY and NUT FREE, sticking to just classic mini soy free chocolate chips for the filling (although behind the scenes we’ve made them with nuts, pretzels and chips).
