I totally get that things come up! And I’m a pretty easy-going business owner. I allow a 15 minute window for you guys to show up to your booked spot, and when I have a no show I don’t make any money, or someone is 20-25 mins late I cannot get the full service completed. If you’re going to be late or cannot make it to your appt, please let me know. A $50.00 no show fee is applied to any no shows or someone who is more than 15 minutes late. I don’t like doing this but this is my full time job. Thank you all so much for understanding

REMINDER FOR CLIENTS : 1) PLEASE LEAVE ALL PERSONAL ITEMS IN YOUR CAR ( coats, blankets) 2) ABSOLUTELY NO FOOD OR DRINKS... 3) PLEASE ARRIVE WITH WASHED LASHES WITH APPROVED LASH CLEANSER 4) MASKS ARE ABSOLUTELY MANDATORY 5) IF YOU ARE THE SLIGHTEST UNDER THE WEATHER, PLEASE BE HONEST AND RESCHEDULE. ( unfortunately I have had a couple clients tell me after that they were feeling under the weather ) this will lead to immediate dismissal and may not be welcome back for a certain time. ) I really don’t like implementing so many rules on you guys, but with all this madness going on with Covid, we need to do our best to make sure everyone is safe, and given this is my home I am allowing you into, please respect my rules)

Just wanted to friendly reminder you of some key points when booking and coming to your lash appt! - Please do not wear strip lashes 48 hours prior to your appt. - please bring a mask, if it does not have a nose clamp built into it, it cannot be worn ( homemade masks usually don’t have the nose squish thing) * I HAVE DISPOSABLES HERE* ... - one person only allowed in the appt! The reason Im posting is because I want to make sure you are all aware I have a dog now, and I know not everyone is comfortable with these furry little guys! If you are uncomfortable or allergic to dogs, please let me know ahead of time prior to arrival ! She is so good but will greet you at the door! I hope you all love her as much as I do !

Hello all! I hope everyone had an amazing Christmas !! Cant believe we are coming up on 2020! As anyone who follows me on Instagram, already knows this policy, but I know I have a different following on here so I would like to post this policy just to refresh your minds! This is the busiest time of the year for me and even though I do have a waiting list, it is sometimes hard to fill a missed or canceled appt last minute. That is why I have a 48 hour cancellation policy.

Hello just a friendly reminder to everyone, client or not, right now you may be shedding more lashes and hair than normal, but as we are in our fall lash shed ( which lasts up to 6 weeks) you may experience more fall out than what you usually expect! Please keep your lashes clean with a lash foam wash ( you should be cleaning them every night ) and if you have any aftercare questions please don’t hesitate to reach out I have lots of space for full sets and fills available:) dm to book!!
