Coming up next on our holiday fitness schedule: Dylan and JM present HIIT the Barre, online on Zoom. Join them for their annual New Year's Eve workout, Thursday, Dec. 31, 2020 at 12:00pm. Suggested equipment: Resistance Band, Small Towel or Gliding Discs, Chair or Portable Ballet Barre. The class is open to all. It's that ODR (outdoor rink) time of year again. Skating is a fun and healthy outdoor activity, and the sound of skate blades on ice is one of the joys of winter. Dovercourt operates outdoor rinks at Dovercourt & McKellar Park. Lorne Tosh was a longtime member of our Dovercourt community, and one of the friendliest, most cheerful people you will every meet. Over the years he played many roles at Dovercourt, including a member of our Board of Directors, a customer service staff, and an avid user of the Fitness Centre/ weight room. We were saddened to hear of his sudden passing in September. We extend our sympathies to Lorne’s family, as his loss is deeply felt.
