So I teased with the front of the house... Here are some of the interior shots as shared by the owner. We are very proud of our colaboration of the design team; Mr. & Mrs, DSCD, Interior designer (Mrs. owner), Ace Cabinets, Engineering...etc. This home is a 3 storey with the top floor behind the front main roof. The top floor features a theater space, rumpus space and roof top deck overlooking downtown with a view of the mountains. There is a full functioning basement suite with a private entrance from the side. You can see the bedroom window to the right of the veranda. Enjoy.

A little story... I went to City Hall Calgary to apply for a Development Permit for my friends at DSR Developments. While I was there I discovered a cool LEGO model of the new library. Very cool. Check it out if you are there.

25 years ago today. Kendra and I went to the provincial corporate registry and opened 619119 Alberta Corp. which turned into Dwayne Seal Custom Designs. DSCD went full time nearly 14 years ago on November 1st 2005.
