Homemade Cabbage Rolls Using The Speedy Lasagna Pack! These were so delicious. Here's my recipe ... Cabbage 1 large Cabbage or 2 small I cut off the bottom of my head of cabbage then put it in my steamer with the lid on, microwaved for 10 minutes. Leaves fall right off, continue to steam for another 5-10 minutes to get the remainder of the leaves off. Filling 1 cup of Basmati Rice, I like to partially cook mine. (I did 1 cup of rice to 2 1/2 cups water in my steamer, don't over fill. I cooked for 10 min.) Mix Rice with 2 lbs of Hamburger and 1 chopped Onion, add 1 Speedy Lasagna pack and 1 tbsp Roasted Garlic. Mix till combined, add Herbed Garlic Sea Salt and Pepper to taste. Add in 1/2 cup of prepared Sauce and mix. Sauce 2 cans of Diced Tomatoes 1-2 cans of Tomato Sauce 1 cup of Ketchup 2 cups Beef Broth 1 Speedy Lasagna pack Herbed Garlic Sea Salt to taste. Assembly Cover bottom of roaster with sauce, add 1/4-1/2 cup of meat mixture into each cabbage leaf and roll. Fill bottom of roaster then cover with more sauce, repeat another layer. Cut up the leftover Cabbage and sprinkle on top, cover with remaining sauce then put a lid on. Cook at 350* for 1-1 1/2 hours till cooked. Mine took 1 1/2 hours and they were soo good.
