Safety first! Upon reopening, our little gem @elmspa_to will have tons of COVID-19 specific safety procedures throughout the spa to ensure the safety of our guests and staff. Some of these include: Contactless temperature checks for guests & staff upon entering the spa Mandatory masks for all guests & staff at all times COVID-19 screening questionnaire and waiver for guests and staff... Plexiglass barriers at reception and manicure, pedicure areas Limited capacity Strict hand sanitization measures for guests and staff Heightened sanitization and cleaning in the spa (including electro-static fogging) Physical distancing indicators Self-serve amenity stations and magazines will be replaced with individually packaged refreshments More details and book at www.elmspa.ca

Here to help you keep your resolutions, one breakfast at a time! Make these DELICIOUS banana oat bars and take them on the go for a healthy way to start your day. Ingredients: 2 ripe bananas 2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats... 1 tbsp maple syrup 1/4 cup dried cranberries 1/4 cup chopped toasted almonds 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds 2 tbsp sesame seeds Instructions: 1. Preheat the oven to 350F. Line a 9x9 baking pan with parchment paper 2. Peel the bananas and mash them in a bowl with a fork. Stir in the oats, and your syrup, cranberries, almonds. 3. Pour into the baking sheet in a thin layer. Sprinkle with the pumpkin and sesame seeds. 4. Bake for approximately 30 minutes. 5. Let cool, and slide into squares or bars. See more

Dessert but make it healthy! Celebrating #NationalDessertDay with these coco-choco granola bites. They take minutes to make: 1 cup dried, chopped dates 2/3 cup steel cut oats 1/2 cup unsweetened, shredded coconut... 3 tbsp chopped walnuts 1 tbsp cacao powder Instructions: 1. In a food processor/blender, mix all of the ingredients, except for the oats. Mix well until combined and the mixture sticks together. 2. Using your palms, form the "dough" into balls. 3. Pour the oats onto a flat plate. Roll the energy bites in the oats so that the exterior is covered 4. Enjoy
