Do you guys remember Bruce our cane corse pup who came to us a couple months ago ! Good news, we were lucky enough to rescue his sister ! Elsa is coming to us on February 20 into south surrey and we are going to be looking for a foster to adopt Elsa does have some slight anxiety but we have her on some anxiety meds and she is doing wonderfully on them. She is also good with other dogs but we are unsure how she would be with a cat We are hoping to find a family that is pati...ent and has time to train this sweet girl so that she knows that people are good ! If you’re interested, please email us at [email protected] if you have an existing application with us or find it at www.endless-pawsabilities.org

Petey is still looking for his forever home ! Petey is incredibly strong on leash, so will need a strong handler and an owner comfortable with bully mixes. We would also recommend a fenced yard, as Petey likes to blow off some energy. Due to his wiggly bum and trying to say to everyone, we are not accepting applications from families with young children ! Email us for more info

Remember our old man dog we posted this morning who is 14?!? We just got the blood work back (to ensure he was healthy enough to travel) ... turns out he’s actually only 3-4 years old ! So much life left in him ! We had originally named him Harold because we thought he needed a cute old man name, but because he is young and spritely, we are going to call him Benji ! ... He is a big boy but low to medium energy and gets along with other dogs great ! Not sure about cats ! Because of his calm nature, we think he would be okay with respectful kids Since he is still young, we will definitely be getting this boy neutered when he gets here and he will get his basic vaccines as well This boy arrives into south surrey in the evening on February 20. We will be looking for a foster to adopt for this sweet guy! If you’re interested in him, please email us at [email protected] if you have an existing application with us or find one at www.endless-pawsabilities.org

Update : all cats were matched with prospective homes ! Our next intake is January 29th. Stay tuned ! Hello cat followers !!! This is a post reaching out to any adopters interested in adopting an adult kitty ! We have 8 adult cats coming tomorrow and I am hoping I can place them into foster to adopt homes, as it’s way less stressful for them to be able to stay put once here (as opposed to be placed in foster and then being adopted after a couple weeks) ... All these guys have been in the Winnipeg pound and have been friendly with all the staff and appear to be all healthy ! We will get all of them vet checked, vaccinated and spayed or neutered once here If interested, please find our application on our website www.endless-pawsabilities.org or email [email protected] if you have an existing application with us Here are some of the beautiful faces joining our endless Pawsabilities family tomorrow

Adopter needed Piper is a 50 lb sweetheart who loves hugs. We are unsure of his breed as he is a previous rescue from California. He is about 8 years old, neutered, healthy and up to date on his shots. We are looking for a quieter home so that he can be more comfortable and away from new noises from the baby in the house. He has had some obedience training and knows basic commands, but does need work on leash manners. He is a very fast learning and would be a great wal...king or running buddy He can be very friendly with adults but is wary of other animals. He will defend himself against aggressive dogs by mostly growling but has lunged in the past when a dog does not give him his space. On the other hand he is very submissive to older more mature dogs. He is crate trained and uses his crate when he feels overwhelmed as his safe zone. His favourites include: hugs and kisses, fetch, walks, fish skins, antlers, sun bathing and sleeping. He is not a fan of human food, although he will try. ( it will give him gas), loud unexpected noises, young children and horses (on tv or in person) We think he will do well in a home that is quiet with people that like to go for walks but do not recommend small children. He has an energetic nature when outside but a calm and quiet demeanour indoors. He will give you kisses all day if you allow him and will take all the cuddles you can give him or else be asleep on his bed until meal times. If you think you’re a good fit, find our application at www.endless-pawsabilities.org or email us at [email protected] if you have an existing application with us

Nina pupdate! As some of you know, Nina came to us and surprised us with a pregnancy ! We are happy to report that Nina gave birth to 10 puppies this morning (5 girls and 5 boys). Everyone is doing great and are all happy and healthy. The sad reality is that a pregnancy like this would have been extremely difficult for Nina in Manitoba during the winter months, and unfortunately it would have been unlikely that her and or these little ones would have made it. ... We are so thankful for our friend at K9 Advocates Manitoba for saving Nina and bringing her to us so we could take care of her during this time and ensure she doesn’t have to have another litter again. **please note, we will not be accepting applications for these puppies at this time**

Happy Sunday followers ! As some of you may have noticed, we placed several adult dogs up for adoption - including Nina, our one year old female shepherd While we were reviewing applications, we got notified from our foster that she seemed to have gained some weight very quickly and had a bit of a pooch. We immediately got her into our vet and got an exam and X-ray done. The X-ray shows she has 9 puppies inside, awaiting their birth in a couple weeks! ... As much as we try not to bring any more puppies into this world, this is just another reminder of the need for spaying and neutering your animals. We are so thankful that Nina was able to be rescued and now can have her babies in a warm, and safe home ! Please note, we will not be accepting any applications or adoption inquiries on these puppies until they are closer to being ready !
