A fun installation of a newel post. This stair system featured square pickets inset into the bottom plate, scribed floor plate and standard handrail. We painted the parts prior to installation.

When we started this project ,the loft area was not insulated properly. The roof required replacement and then we were able to foam the loft without renovations... to the finished spaces. The roof was strapped after insulation, plywood installed and new shingles applied. A roof with proper ventilation will last longer. See more

Preparing floors for hardwood to eliminate transitions and contours between rooms. Plywood will overlay subfloor prior to hardwood installation.

The new Laundry room is complete. Backsplash tile and lighting complete the Laundry renovation.
