The Receptionist/Administrator position is a full-time, permanent position operating at our new office located at 1 880 J 15th Street in Winkler, MB. We are seeking to add to our office team a dynamic individu...al who possesses excellent communication skills, an aptitude for administrative work and the ability to work in a fast-paced office environment. Key Competencies: Strong written and oral communication skills Competence in working with Microsoft Office products (including Outlook, Word and Excel) Fluent in English (an ability to communicate in one or more of the following would be an asset: Low German, High German or Russian) An outgoing and engaging person High degree of attention to detail A strong commitment to confidentiality in his/her work A valid Manitoba Driver's license with access to a vehicle to make deliveries Key Responsibilities: General reception duties which would include answering and directing incoming phone calls as well as scheduling appointments Making deliveries and pick ups on a scheduled and as needed basis Receive and accurately document payments from clients Documenting and filing client identification records Opening and Closing files The application deadline for this position is December 15, 2020.
