All projects are on hold until October .I am undergoing ECT three times a week for the month of September to deal with my Major Depression and PTSD issues from childhood trauma .Because of the stigma of mental illness I have wrestled with posting this .Reaching out and asking for help is the toughest part of this disease .So if I can encourage one person to reach out and ask for help thats a good thing .
