Fountainhead Mechanical Services hit a #milestone today that I’m excited to share we are officially 3 years old! December 18th marks the #anniversary of the date of our official incorporation. Kelly and I threw caution to the wind and purchased a used Caravan at an auction as a joke, that quickly turned serious. Here are a few accomplishments we are proud of:... -The absolute best people in the industry have supported us and followed us to build something unique and special (it’s true we really do have the best #team) -We once had a really cool, fully functioning office set up in my detached garage -24 plumbers on the road, and counting -Over 100 buildings in our preventative maintenance portfolio -Still providing transparency and accountability, as well as access to management and ownership for our clients. We still strive to keep the small independent company feel, as we continue to increase our resources and ability to serve our clients with 24/7 emergency service Thank you to everybody who has supported us. Hey folks! I've been getting a lot of questions lately about how we are responding to the recent COVID-19 pandemic. Rest assured, we are open for business and emergency response, there currently are no changes to our service or scheduling. Here's what we've done so far: From day one Fountainhead has invested heavily in our office admin/supervisory/management work set ups and tools to ensure our people are able to work remotely as needed. We are a 24/7 service company after al...l, and our dedicated estimations and management/supervisory understands we are an essential service and need to be available. Our office staff will be working remotely to reduce potential spread of the virus. Our technicians have been out-fitted with additional PPE, including masks, goggles, gloves, up to full Tyvek suits. We are working with our people and the needs of their families regarding time off, as we try to be supportive in all instances where people need to take care of little ones, or even respond to a self-quarantine. We've further invested in Short Term Disability that is confirmed to cover time losses due to COVID-19 infection as well for our people.
