Good morning everyone. This coming Sabbath Pastor Sean will be with us and we're looking forward to his message. Following that there will be a fellowship meal together. There's been a bit of confusion coming back inside as to when any fellowship meals are scheduled so just a reminder that we gave scheduled them for the first and third Sabbath of the month. The week that tends to cause confusion is the fifth weekend.... Please remember that we are following government regulations regarding our meetings and this includes our group meals.

We apologize for the quality of the live stream today. We are going to be working on making improvements to ensure both the video and audio are at a proper level.

Our apologies for the lateness of this announcement. We've been enjoying the weather and being able to worship outdoors with fewer restrictions there and one of the accommodations that we made was to have our services later. With the weather colder almost all of the time we expect that, at least for the fall/winter our services will be indoors and therefore we have also been reevaluating whether later services works best for those attending. So, through all of these deliber...ations we've decided that our service times will revert back to what would have been "normal times", that being 9:30 for the beginning of our Sabbath School program and 11:00 for our Worship service. These times will remain until further notice. As always please remember that we ask that those attending to wear masks and maintain physical distancing guidelines.

Good afternoon everyone! What a blessing it has been to worship outside these last number of months! For tomorrow, however, our services will need to move indoors as all of the forecast models we've checked are calling for rain.... But we have been making plans for this and are asking participants to follow provincial government guldelines requiring masks and following physical distancing guidelines. For those who might not have a mask we have some in the entry. As we've done over the last number of weeks we'll be starting our worship service at 11:00 and we'll be live-streaming the service through Facebook. Our Bible study portion (not live-streamed as yet) will be at 1:30 until around 2:30 or 3:00.

Are you looking for a feel-good story to hear about? At about 6 or 7 minutes after 5:00 today on CBC radio one in Halifax and during the 6:00 news on CBC TV in Halifax the project that our church is part of to build a new home for Jane McClair will be airing. You should be able to hear it via the Internet if you're not listening via radio or watching on TV and there will likely be a story on the CBC Web page that I'll post a link to when I know it.

Church outdoors has been lovely, so in order to enjoy it as long as possible before winter pushes us indoors, we have made a small change to our meeting time. Sabbath School will be at the end. Church will begin at 11am with the main service. Following it will be a picnic (please bring your own food), then at 1:30pm, we will begin Sabbath school aiming to end at 3pm. See you there :D

Our mid-week meetings are being held on Zoom (live video meeting). We're studying through this book and we'd love to have you join us as we learn and re-learn about God and His great love for us. Message us if you'd like to join. Mondays at 6:30pm. Everyone is welcome.
