Hi everyone! Just a quick heads up that I will not be at the Market on May 8th (and I will be completely closed from end of Market on May 1st until I am back at Market May 15th, so I am not taking any orders during this period). Thanks!

Market extras have all been claimed - thanks everyone!

Back in October, I had a great idea that you all might love to have some vegan hot cocoa bombs around the holidays... so I ordered some molds with every intention of making them and surprising you at the last markets before Christmas. And then the molds finally arrived in my mailbox on Christmas Eve, after the last market of the year. So while I know probably they won't be quite as popular now, I will still have some vegan hot cocoa bombs for you when I return to the Market on the 16th (and I'll take some better pictures for you after I make them). If you haven't seen these yet, they have marshmallows and hot cocoa mix (all vegan of course) on the inside and you pour your choice of hot "milk" over them and stir.

A sneak peek of some of tomorrow's market treats... I've made a lot of things I don't normally have at the Market, including mixed boxes of treats ($20 each - they aren't all identical but all have at least 20 pieces, all have some items with nuts), cookie packs ($5 each - contains 6 cookies, all have a cookie with pecans nuts), and chocolate packs ($10 - contains 8 assorted pieces, all have pieces with nuts). We'll have some other assorted items in the cases as well, includi...ng lots of cupcakes and cookies. For tomorrow's market, I can't accept requests to hold items and I'm sorry. I just don't have the time tonight (still baking) or tomorrow while at the Market to check messages. Thanks for your understanding. Hope to see you at the Boyce Market tomorrow, 7am to 1pm.

Wondering how the last two Markets before Christmas will look at our stall? And what our holiday schedule looks like? This weekend will be a lot of your usual favourites, with some Christmas mixed in of course (watch for the menu on Friday). If you're looking for treats boxes, trays, and gifts with things I normally just make for the holidays, the Christmas Eve Dec 24th Market is where you'll want to be. I'll do my best to post on Facebook that week as things get packaged. Yo...u may reserve from what's being made, but I'm not taking orders (to make sure I have time to make all the fun stuff and maybe a few surprises). When you're a baker, it's a whole lot of crazy this time of year - so I appreciate your patience if I don't reply to your messages quite as quickly as I normally do. After the Christmas Eve market, I'll be taking a break and will be closed until I am back at the Market on Jan 16th.

Thanks again for patiently waiting in line to come and see us at the Market Fredericton! It's so very much appreciated by all of the vendors. I'm taking next weekend off, but I'll see you on the 21st.
