Thank you for your patience everyone, we are easing in slowly and safely this week, starting tomorrow. Staggered starts for all our practitioners and yes we are using masks while in clinic and we ask you wear a mask. Please bring your own mask- have some fun with cute mask prints !!! Cloth or disposable are acceptable.... Washroom use is discouraged and if absolutely necessary we have a disinfection process in place. Yes it’s ok you have allergies!!! Many have allergies, this does NOT disqualify you from an appointment. When screening we just ask if you have a new or worsening symptom that is not from a known pre- existing condition. We are taking all precautions to ensure physical distancing in common areas; masks help reduce exposure for those times it is not possible. Please be assured that clear, concise communication and screening is taking place from the time you schedule and appointment with our office. If you are unsure, our policy has always been please ask and we continue to encourage this. We are going slow, we are implementing safety procedures and we look forward to seeing you all again. As we heard announced this afternoon, we are currently in phase 1 of easing back in British Columbia. Phase 2 is set to begin May 19. What this means is that Chiropractors can ease back into a new normal of practice. We are waiting on an exact date for registered massage therapy to re-enter practice.... Some new Procedures will be put in place for your safety. Regular postings will be made to let you know the details of what you can expect before and upon entering our clinic for an appointment. Though we are keeping Chiropractic appointments for ugent patients during this time of physical distancing, we are thinking of you and wishing each and every one of you well. Registered massage therapy services are suspended until the end of March.... Chiropractic services are on an as needed basis of urgency. Precautions are instated to ensure there will be only one patient in the clinic at a time. Thank you for your understanding and your patronage. In keeping with health regulation recommendations, the clinic is operating in its regular hours/days. We have always taken care with handwashing and regular cleaning and disinfecting, providing hand sanitizer, now we have stepped it up a notch. In consideration for individuals and the community as a whole, we ask that you reschedule your appointment should you experience any symptoms relating to a flu.
