4 flights of stringers with railings just got finished up in the shop this week. They’re off to Powder coat tomorrow and we’re onto some more railings!

The skillet project for Toyota is out the door and at the powdercoat shop! We should have it back on wendsday along with the smaller weldments ready for assembly, then delivery to a local machine shop for the remainder of the parts.

This stainless steel handrail system for the police HQ is coming together really nicely in the shop this week! Clean welds are key to this project. After welding/fabrication is complete, the lengthy process of blending and polishing begins!

One of our big clients called us requesting a beam on site in 2 hours. So, we stopped what we were doing and made it happen. Making sure our clients know they can trust and rely on us is a big part of our business!

After a week at powdercoat, we got this aluminum rack installed today. Really tight fit up top to minimize drag but enough to fit 3 solar panels.

Here’s a set of curved railings we fabricated for a residential renovation. This intermittent twisted spindle idea is really growing on us.

Welding up this beastly 1.5 thk plate to some 1.75 thick hangers. Material preparation and proper welding procedures are key on this one!
