Covid-19 Update I am working and booking new appointments. I have put in place the following work protocols for the protection of everyone during this unique time. I am expecting this will be the new normal for a while.... 1. I will take my temperature before each appointment. I will cancel the appointment if I have any symptoms. I can easily cancel the appointment if anyone in the customer's home develops symptoms. 2. The piano room should be vacant, with everything cleared from the piano. 3. I will wear a mask and use gloves before I arrive. 4. I will place my tools and bag on a laundered sheet. 5. I will clean and disinfectant the keys, benchtop and any case parts I need to touch. I accept e-transfer payments, or a cheque can be left on top of the piano. I will send the receipt as a pdf document via email.
