We’re celebrating Egg Salad Week by combining it with Guacamole made with our NEW Guacamole Seasoning! YUM! Guacamole Egg Salad Sandwiches 1 Tbsp. Guacamole Seasoning 3 ripe avocados... 5 hard boiled eggs 1/3 cup mayonnaise Salt & pepper 2 tsp. Jalapeno Dill Pickle Hot Sauce 10-12 slices of bacon, cooked crisp 8 slices bread Lettuce 2 tomatoes Cook bacon and set aside. Cut avocados in half and remove seed. Scoop out avocado from the peel using a spoon. Place avocado in a mixing bowl and mash using a fork. Stir in Guacamole Seasoning. Peel and mash hard boiled eggs adding salt & pepper, Jalapeno Dill Pickle Hot Sauce and mayonnaise. Combine egg mixture and guacamole. Toast bread and spread with egg mixture, top with lettuce tomato and bacon! Enjoy!
