Hey folks. I should have updated you on this a couple of weeks back. But was busy getting the affidavit submitted last minute before I left on my moose hunt. I'm privy to some knowledge of this case because I assisted by submitting a signed and sworn affidavit to go before the judge on the matter that I am updating you on below. Back on May 30th, we sent out this email https://mailchi.mp//update-about-the-judicial-review-again... It was what we considered to be a very important and promising angle to take in the many law suits that have been launched against the federal government since the May 1st OIC gun ban. A few weeks back, Bouchelev Law teamed up with at least one of the other law suits against the federal government to file for a motion to have the courts put a complete hold off on any and all enforcement of the May 1st gun ban. To essentially, make the order null and void immediately during the litigation process. Also, unless the federal government can win the cases they are in a position to defend from the many law suits that have been launched. Thus making us once again free to buy and sell, as well as use our legally acquired firearms once again for the time being, rather than us having to wait until we win to buy, sell, and use our firearms again. One of the main arguments used in this motion is that this OIC, combined with the high brass in the RCMP continuously changing the FRT, is that this has caused a great level of confusion among the public on what can and cannot be bought and sold now (we all know that this OIC doc. was just thrown together so quickly and full of errors). Being that I run a site with over 70K registered members who buy and sell guns, and the number of guns that are bought and sold on here daily, monthly, annually. What better position could there be to testify to the level of confusion, or debate we are met with daily surrounding what can and cannot be bought or sold right now. I believe that we have a really good chance at achieving a a ruling in our favor for this motion. I also believe that many, if not all of theses different law suits filed, have a solid enough legal foundation to win against the federal government even after this motion to put a hold on enforcement is awarded. Hold on to your guns for now folks. We are all one big team now. We are all doing what we can, as individuals, and groups.

I loved the fact that they had so many more interesting gongs to shoot at, hooks, rings, spinners, golf balls, pigs, hearts-diamonds-clubs-spades, all kinds of cool stuff.... Next year I'll have to have some wood arrows so my shots are allowed to qualify on the score card. I participated in the archery shoot regardless. Just thought I'd share a handy video I found when recently I was trying to figure how I could know the purity/hardness of the lead I was using to cast lead balls for my muzzleloader. You need pure lead for patch and ball, as where you need harder lead for casting bullets say for pistol of old school black powder cartridges. So I had to figure out if the lead I had was good for patch and ball or not. This video (https://youtu.be/21esd_H8VUU) was what I found. This chart, and ...these pencils I found is easier and just as effective as the Lee lead hardness tester. The pencils I got at Staples, I think you can get them at Home Depot also.

Good chance to educate the public once the results are published. People need to see that the firearms that were changed to prohibited status were used for hunting, and sporting purposes by hundreds of thousands of responsible Canadians.

We just added an 8th refine search filter. Classification. I've had people ask me before to make a separate category for antique status guns, but this is way better. Instead of having them outside of the rifle, or handgun category, people can now just click the "no PAL required" option to find the antique status guns. And even choose other define search filters from there to narrow down even further. Or use any of the other classifications depending on what you are looking ...for. Folks with 12(6) or 12(5) etc. can go straight to the prohibs if they want.
