THIS WEEKS MENU BREAKFAST 1- Overnight oats made with almond milk, topped with mixed berries. BREAKFAST 2- Ham and egg bakes with seasonal fruit.... LUNCH 1- Greek couscous salad. LUNCH 2- Tuna salad on lettuce, paired with almonds, peppers and a hard boiled egg. DINNER 1- Turkey stuffed peppers. DINNER 2- Mexican stuffed sweet potatoes. LUNCH 1- Mixed green salad, with shredded chicken and carrots, tri coloured quinoa, cucumber, and peppers. LUNCH 2- Sundried tomato pesto pasta salad. BREAKFAST 2- Maple and brown sugar overnight oats, topped with blueberries, hemp seeds, cinnamon, chia seeds and flax seed. LUNCH 1- Egg salad on a bed of lettuce, paired with carrots, celery and cucumbers. LUNCH 2- Taco salad on a bed of romaine lettuce. DINNER 1- Roasted chickpea salad.
