It’s been a year since everything changed and although we experienced an understandable level of uncertainty, 2020 was unexpected in some incredible ways. As our Be Your Own Hero - Move For Mental Health campaign comes to a close we are so excited to share that we raised $45,000 towards providing our Heroes programs at no cost. Thanks to everyone who stepped up to the plate and participated, donated, or spread the word. A BURSARY UPDATE! Thanks to the funding generously provided by the Alberta Ministry of Communications and Social Services, the City of Calgary and The Flames Foundation, we have been able to offer our programs at no cost to 2400 students from 27 different schools in Alberta, and despite COVID-19 restrictions have been able to facilitate virtual training for over 100 educators!
