Today we unveiled the naming of Emilio’s Way in honour of Emilio Deo on his 30th birthday. The pathway connects from Ryckman Lane to Fenton Way and was actually originally created by Emilio and his brother Francesco decades ago when they would visit their friends on Fenton Way. Emilio was a fierce advocate for his local community and would often go out of his way to protect the integrity of his neighbourhood. I’m honoured to have had the opportunity to be a part of the proce...ss of naming this pathway. Rest in Paradise Emilio.
