Everyone survived Blue Monday, Happy Tuesday, the brewery will be open this week Thursday, Friday and Saturday with the Dreaded Kitchen running from 11:30-7:00. Our newest ale on tap is the Pit Boss IPA (for lack of better name) containing 33 pounds of 3 different smoked barleys. It’s been well accepted at our private tastings. Bluebunch Farms Bakery department is here Friday at 11:30-2:00. Volt Bikes electric bike sales and rentals coming to a brewery near you. Beer and bikes, that’s a thing?
Bluebunch Farms at the Brewery today. Sour Dough and all that cool jazz.
It’s Thirsty Thursday so the brewery’s open today and tomorrow and Saturday. Featuring 6 craft ales brewed in house, our coffee freshly roasted here, local beef and Buffalo burgers plus a few new menu items. Family friendly, something for everyone as well as our next venture Electric Bikes. One’s just arrived with more coming in next week. Check’em out, sales and rentals.
Happy Wednesday, we’re going to combine these 2 signs today and have the brewery open from 3-7:30. The Dreaded Kitchen will be open as well with the occasional appearance by Baby Roland. Social distancing practices will be observed, children under 12 please bring your own darts, anyone wishing to play foozball should wear a plastic face shield and the start of the mixed singles Twister tournament will coincide with last call. Just kidding, come on.... burgers, beers, wings and all those things today from 3:00-7:30.
A guy comes into the brewery wearing a Green Bay Packers tuque over his face in place of a mask. I kicked him out. I hate the Packers! Sorry Chuck.
Bluebunch is here at the brewery today, kinda wanted to make sure before I posted anything.
I remeber this as if it were just yesterday.
Road update, too crappy for Bluebunch to make it today. Going to try it again next week. Sorry. We’re still here though!
Come warm up in the coolest place in town. Oh and this just in, we’re having a Baby pool. We’ve known about the baby for sometime now but decided to have some fun, Roland is due to arrive Thursday Oct. 29th give or take and belongs to our Dreaded Kitchen staff Justin and Jordan. 2 bucks in, guess his weight at birth. No hints or touching the mother.
The Bluebunch Farm Bakery will NOT be at the brewery tomorrow Friday the 23rd. sorry but just relaying the message. Thanks.
Well that was fun. Thanks to Los Borrachos Band and all that attended last night. Anyone got any more big ideas?
While I’m in the sign making business here’s another one. 2-3 days a week.
One night only, which might be a good thing, the Los Borrachos travelling band. They played last night to a sold out crowd at the Quesnel Quickie Mart (just kidding not sure where they played but it was in Quesnel) and they’ll be here at the brewery setting up and playing around 5:00 this evening. Check it out, what else you got to do?
Is this sign going to offend anyone? Pairs well with our You Make Me Wanna Stout dark ale.
Los Borrachos the travelling band are stopping in at the brewery tomorrow evening bringing their own stage so Distancing shouldn’t be an issue. Come check’em out, sometime after 5:00.
Nachos, Football and the return of......You Me Wanna Stout, our hi test oatmeal and coffee ale. Craft Beer done locally.
Hot off the (Brian Weir) press, more t-‘s and XLs as well.
Happy Friday, a couple new things on today’s menu as well as the Blue Bunch Farm’s is trying to set up while selling their product at the same time. Limited quantities going quick so far.
Saw this earlier today.
Happy Friday. Tacos, Blueberry Wit (wheat) beer and sunshine. we need new sharpies.
Southwest Chicken Salad and a Blueberry Ale and still warm enough for the patio.
Happy Thanksgiving Monday all you turkeys...... ya the turkeys probably aren’t really that happy about now, the Brewery’s open today starting at 11:30. No turkey on the menu. Hmmm, can I say turkey one more time..... oh just did. Have a great day.
Last call for baked goods from the Bluebunch Farm Bakery. Packing up and heading home soon.
School bell rings, you know it’s my cue, gonna meet the boys on floor number two...... to help celebrate the end of the longest March break ever we’ve put our new Blueberry Witbier on tap and are offering it at $4.00 a pint today. Also gonna try to put the start of the NFL season on tonight. Come on out while we’re still allowed. Happy Thursday.
Happy Long Weekend Friday, the good folks from Bluebunch Farms will be at the brewery today with their incredible selection of sour dough breads. Could make for some real good left over turkey sandwiches next week. The Dreaded Kitchen is offering their delicious Chili plus a couple of soups to choose from, one is a vegetarian option, both come with a slice of sour dough bread. Be thankful this weekend, it could be a lot worse.
In memory of the late guitar hero Eddie Van Halen we’ve dug out our last keg of Hot For Teacher and will be serving pints for $4.50 till it’s gone too. RIP Eddie.
New to the menu, oh ya that’s what the sign says, our Nacho Bowl. Also coming soon a few mixed bevies featuring Old Order Distilling Company’s vodka and or gin, just gotta build a bar first. Happy Tuesday, Blue Bunch Farms baked goods famed in song, dance and our local farmer’s market will be here at the brewery Friday with a lunch featuring their sour dough bread, what else do we have? We’ll come up with something.
Ya ya we are open today, until 7:00, I shoulda posted something sooner but do you know how hard it is to get a squirrel to pose for a picture?
Friday, means the Farmer’s Market is on and quite busy already this morning. I didn’t think to take pics while I was there so I just thought I’d throw in some random ones. Get on down there and support the locals, it’s just around the corner from the brewery on the Birch Ave. Love Happiness and Beer.
The weekend starts on Thursday, especially the long weekend. We’ve extended Taco Tuesday to Thursday instead of Wednesday this week. Loggers N Ale is back on tap with our mascot signing autographs in the parking lot. Kidding, but if you see this guy I know someone looking for fire wood.
New T’s for sale as of today. Locally done by Brian Weir and our fresh wet hop IPA is on the brew too, that’ll be ready in a couple weeks. Pulled porked/local beef burger is today’s feature and if you like wings with meat in them, we gottem. Happy Hump Day.
Shopping local today. Fresh hops for tomorrow’s IPA brew day. It’s also Taco Tuesday with Whole Lotta Rosie Hibiscus pints on for 4 bucks, (didn’t I mention that already?)
Good Monday, Hibiscus Ale on sale this week, only 2 kegs left and we’re trying to make room on tap for our Blueberry Witbier. Also gonna harvest the hops that have been growing all season on the side of the brewery and do a Wet Hopped IPA Wednesday. Have a good week.
Breakfast is served!
Brew day, gonna do the Blonde, walked into the brewery at 5:30 a.m., slow cookers are on readying for Taco Tuesday, our Summerhaze ISA is back on tap, the Blueberry Wit is fermenting nicely. Happy Tuesday.
I’ve gotten some odd entertainment and met some fun people since the purchase of my Ukuleles.
